I've been working in marketing for over two decades. I know the difference between 'Marketing' and 'Promotion', or 'ESOV' and 'TAM'. How come? Because I've been teaching that sh!t for a decade. As well as running an award-winning marketing agency for the past 18 years, I'm Adjunct Professor at 2 business schools, teaching marketing and behavioral science to final-year MBA students. I talk about why much of what passes for marketing fails today, and what it actually takes to move the needle.
