After years spent with a covert narcissist, and decades of non existent boundaries and endless people pleasing I am finding my way to make sure I am ok first of all. I wrote my memoir about how I dealt with it and saw it for what it was. Now I have started a new life in a new location and the plan is to write part two because the irony is no matter how resilient you are, or how old you are, there is always someone or something who never feels comfortable with the peace you have found.
