I am winding down a 45 year career owning and operating small businesses. At every stop I have created a culture of integrity, exceptional customer service and employee empowerment. My passion is developing motivated employees into skilled small business leaders. Most recently I developed a group of primarily blue collar employees how to lead. The course was so successful that they now run the companies and I had time to write a book, "Growing Your Own" for small business owners.
