@Sophie
riginally from France, I’ve lived in Germany and now in the United States—experiences that have shaped a rich, multicultural perspective I bring to my work. My life philosophy is deeply influenced by the Vedic disciplines of Yoga and Ayurveda, which I first encountered in 1997 while living in Germany. Although I didn’t speak the language fluently, I felt an instant, intuitive connection to these ancient teachings. I learned through my heart. Yoga became a path of self-realization, and Ayurveda a guide for living in harmony with nature. Through them, I began to feel spiritually connected—not only to my deeper self, but also to the world and people around me. In 2003, I moved to the U.S., continuing my studies while raising two young children. As we moved from place to place over the years, I leaned on the mindful principles I had embraced: staying present, practicing non-attachment, and engaging in self-inquiry. These values helped me navigate life’s constant changes with greater awareness and peace. As my children grew into adulthood, the focus shifted toward supporting others in reconnecting with themselves. Many moms, much like myself, had poured their energy into caring for others. Along the way, parts of the self often went forgotten. And when life shifts—through loss, an empty nest, a move, a new job, or a change in a relationship—a feeling of something missing begins to emerge. Questions surface about who one is and what one wants in life now. I experienced and witnessed how self-inquiry, at the heart of coaching, wellness counseling, and yogic philosophy, offers a way forward. This practice allows space to pause, reflect, and make intentional choices aligned with who one is becoming. Today, I offer my services from a place grounded in lived experience and a diverse background that includes life coaching, nutrition, Yoga, Ayurveda, and mindfulness. These tools continue to guide my own inner work and have taught me to approach others with openness and without judgment—qualities essential to the coaching process.
