About
Chronic over-dresser, ultra-marathoner, and friend to animals. Known as ‘Fair,’ I spent 7 years in the British Army, deploying to Iraq and Afghanistan by age 21. After 13 years in education and training—including a decade as a Science Lead Practitioner—I’m now the Learning Support lead at the Infantry Training Centre. I’m completing a PhD (York) on dyslexia interventions for recruits. I talk neurodiversity, women in science, and why I’m the person most likely to be distracted by a dog.
