About
I'm Kim Nelson-Wright — Structural Leadership Strategist, Fractional COO, and Co-Founder of PreFlight AI™. For 20 years I've diagnosed structural problems inside organizations that keep showing up no matter what leaders try. I'm not a leadership coach or technologist — I'm a diagnostician. Most AI projects fail because the organization was never structurally ready. I built PreFlight AI™ with my daughter Taylor to solve that problem before it becomes an expensive mistake.
